eCommerce systems

Our proprietary eCommerce system includes among other things the following functionalities:

Mulitlingual approach
The eCommerce system is prepared to work in many languages. We created a separate role of users, who have a separate Translator’s Panel enabling them to translate and publish online the contents implemented by the administrator. The system recognizes / remembers the user’s language on the basis: of settings of the user profile / cookie files / language of the web browser / a default language setting of the application.

Users’ accounts
A part of the functionality of the system is based only for the users that are logged in. Users have the possibility to change their data; in the system there are defined separate forms for users from countries other than Poland (other form fields and validating e.g. the postal code). Authorized users can browse the history of their orders and purchases done in the internet store.

The currencies and the automatic updating of currency rates
In the system one can define many currencies, e.g. PLN, USD and EUR. The prices are calculated in no time on the basis of the updated lists of the National Bank of Poland from the National Bank of Poland internet service.

Payment by credit cards / bank transfers
The eCommerce system is integrated with the system of dotpay.pl payments. Depending on the individual preferences of the customer it is possible to easily integrate with any other payment system.

Auto-generated newsletter
The system includes a list of newsletter subscribers integrated with the users’ list – it enables to define in what language they want to receive the newsletter. In the administrative part the system enables to generate, view and send a newsletter to the registered users. The newsletter includes news, information about new products, events and auctions, dynamically added in different languages.

Mail notification system
The system automatically sends the typical e-mail messages connected for example with the registration of the account or a newsletter subscription, as well as informs the user / administrator about specific events (e.g. everyday updates of currency rates, the change of the order status, information about an opinion added to the service or a potential customer interested in a given product, etc.).

Managing contacts with customers
The system enables the users for sending information or a request by the use of a contact form, as well as with the use of a functionality I am interested. The administrator may manage the contact with the customer in the Administration Panel.
